Your Tribal statement has a new and nicer format. This redesigned statement provides more detail and clarity around your monthly financial expenses with Tribal. A. Header The first part of the invoice highlights a few important aspects of your account statement:

Summary This section shows the Opening Balance (Top) and Closing Balance (Bottom) on the invoice, and it provides a summary of the transactions on your account—payments to Tribal, Tribal Pay transactions, card purchases, fees, and credits. 1. Opening balance: The balance of your Tribal account at the beginning of the month. Example: 2. Payments to Tribal: Any funds received by Tribal and credited to your account reducing the amount owed on your balance. Example: 3. Total transaction amount: A request initiated by an authorized user to make a payment to a merchant or beneficiary for the purchase of goods or services grouped by the following transaction types:

D. Payments to Tribal This section lists the payments received by Tribal and credited to your account during the invoice period. E. Credits This section of the statement reflects money credited to your account. A statement credit will be deducted from the amount owned and will not be included in the invoice amount. Typical statement credits include merchant refunds, reward credits, or other fee adjustments. F. Tribal Pay Transactions This section of the statement lists all the domestic and international Tribal Pay transactions posted to the account since the last invoice period by transaction date. Please review carefully to ensure you recognize all the transactions listed. Check for any unauthorized transactions or other problems. G. Card Transactions This section of the statement lists all the card purchases posted to the account since the last invoice period by the date of the transaction.
