We make it easy to track payments and credits! 🇲🇽 🇦🇪

Transparency Project Phase I is a win! We aimed to make the tracking of payments and credits easier for everyone, and here's what we've achieved:

  1. PayIns Notifications (Email, SMS, Push):
  • Get quick confirmations after any payment to Tribal – monthly invoices or advance payments.
  1. PayIns on Dashboard UI:
  • Super Admins and Accountants can now smoothly check payment transactions on their Dashboard right after paying Tribal (monthly invoice or advance payments).
  1. Credits/Adjustments on Dashboard UI:
  • See credits/adjustments on the Dashboard as soon as they're confirmed. Types include Bank Fee Waiver, Credit for Disputed Transaction, Credit for Tribal Pay Declined Transaction, and Credit - Fraud Transaction.

    This is a big step toward being clear and efficient. More to come as we keep improving the Tribal experience!
