Before You Start:
It's essential to understand why you want to cancel your card. If you suspect any fraudulent activities or if your card is lost or stolen, contact our customer support immediately for additional assistance.
Also consider that if you've set up any automatic payments or subscriptions using the card you've canceled, ensure you update your payment method to avoid service interruptions.
Canceling a Virtual or Physical Card:
- Login to Your Account:
- Go to our website or mobile app.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the the Cards Section:
- Find the My Cards/Active tab.
- Locate the Virtual/Physical card you want to cancel.
- Cancel the Card:
- Click on the specific card.
- Find the 'Cancel' button.
- Confirm your decision to cancel the card when prompted.
- Dispose of Your Physical Card Safely:
- Cut your card diagonally through the chip and magnetic stripe.
- Dispose of the card pieces in separate trash bins to prevent potential misuse.

Be aware that if you have a “user” role you can only request for the cancellation of your cards. On the other hand, users with a “super admin” role can request card cancellation for all cardholders.
