For Superadmins: Click on the "Reports" tab. There, you'll find a list of transactions for company users. If you wish to access the account statement, navigate to the "Statements" tab, where you'll have the option to download it in PDF or Excel format for the desired month.
For Admins: Click on the "Reports" tab. You can also access the "Reports" section to review transactions of company users. However, please note that you won't have access to the account statements.
For Users: Please remember that as a user, you can only view your own expenses in the "Reports" tab. Access to account statements is not available.
If the Page Freezes or Becomes Unresponsive:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Restart your browser and log in to Tribal again.
- If the problem persists, try using a different browser.
If you've tried the above recommendations and still can't download or get access to the reports tab, it might be time to contact our support team through this link by filling the form or by sending an email to support@tribal.credit.
