To report a card as stolen or lost, it is important that you request it from your platform and/or mobile app.
1. Log in with your username.
2. Go to the “Cards” menu > “My cards”
3. In the active cards section, locate the card that you need to report as stolen or lost.
4. At the top right you will find the “Report as stolen” button.
5. After this your card will be canceled.
In case you have unrecognized transactions with the card you just canceled, the recommendation is that you immediately contact our support team through this link by filling the form or by sending an email to email@example.com indicating the details of the unrecognized transactions to begin the investigation.
