Invalid Credentials:
Verify the correct spelling of your email/password. If the issue persists please, click on Forgot Password and you will immediately receive a message to your registered email so that you can recover it. In some cases, you may encounter issues during the password reset process. If you're still unable to reset your password or have any other difficulties, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Login page not loading:
- Delete the browser cache/cookies.
- Try logging in from a different browser, or in incognito mode.
Message “Your account has been locked for 30 minutes”:
You will need to wait for 30 minutes in order to log back in. If after 30 minutes you’re still unable to log in please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Massage “Access to the platform is not yet available until the legal agreement is fully signed”:

Message “Something went wrong”:
If you received this message while trying to log in please contact our customer support team for further investigation.
Confirm the URL link:
Make sure the url your using is the Tribal 2.0 link: https://app.tribalcredit.io/login
Please keep in mind if the company or your user is currently deactivated, you won’t be able to access your account. For middle-east users please double-check if the country you're trying to log in is not listed on the OFAC list.
